明确申诉依据

(2)未知的个人突发情况

(3)由于给人不可抗力因素导致，比如严重疾病、家人问题

搜集证据

包括：

(1)成绩单

(2)家人/室友等提供的证明信

(3)跟相关人员往来的信息，能够证明不公平评判标准

(4)医疗诊断书

申诉信万能思路：

简述出不可抗力因素。

正文第一段：两三句话即可，说明科目和考试场次，因特殊原因来申请xx机会。

正文第二段，先说明不可抗力是什么，然后解释具体情节。

正文第三段，提及这门课对你而言有多困难，备考压力很大，尽管已经非常尽力了。

正文第四段，平时很认真对待这门课，可是因为心理压力大所以没准备好。

恳请考虑这些特殊因素，给予重新打分或者重考等机会。
